The place can host up to 10 people. It provides 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and multiple sitting areas, including interior lounges, balconies and garden, and is equipped with the appropriate electronic appliances (Wi-Fi, Smart Tv, and Air-Conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher). Katouna home II is a 90 m2 (with balconies) stone ground floor apartment with special wooden furniture and artwork created by the owner. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with two single beds (which convert into a king-size bed) and one bathroom. The house sleeps a family of 4 or two couples. There is also a large dining room with kitchen and two large balconies overlooking the olive grove and the sea. It is equipped with the appropriate electronic appliances (Wi-Fi, stereo, Smart Tv, and Air-Conditioning). It has central heating and a fireplace, ideal also for the winter.
Katouna home III is a brand new house of 120 m2 with two bedrooms, one bathroom and access to private garden. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has wonderful wooden furniture, beautiful paintings inspired by the nature of Ionian Islands and a cozy workplace. It is fully equipped with all electrical appliances needed, (Wi-Fi, stereo, Smart Tv, and Air-Conditioning). Ideal for families.
